For customer convenience we provide Door-step Service Support for all our product complaints except for MarQ TWS Earbuds & MarQ Soundbars.
We do not have physical service centers but our technicians visit customer premises for providing product service. Once the customer raises a service request, our customer care operative will raise a ticket based on the customer’s selected day and time.
